The Great Model Railway Exposition has been organised every two years since 2002 by the publisher of Belgium's biggest model railway magazine, Modelspoormagazine / Train Miniature Magazine and Belgium's best-known railway magazine, Spoorwegjournaal / Journal de chemin de fer. 

The event has a highly rated exhibition section with more than 30 model railways that are among the top in Western Europe. During the expo weekend, the apotheosis of the miniature layout and diorama competition takes place with +/- 15 participants each. The event attracts more than 5,000 visitors every two years.

Modelspoormagazine, the leading monthly magazine for model railways, is organising Belgium's largest model railway exhibition for the tenth time already. This internationally renowned exhibition is aimed at everyone, young and old, who are fascinated by the wonderful world of miniature trains.
